• 2nd day delivery is delivered by 7:00 PM the 2nd business day after your item is shipped.
• Overnight delivery is delivered by by 3:00 PM the next business day after your item is shipped. 

Delivery service may be delayed to Alaska and Hawaii by as much as 3 business days.

For sales to the U.S. Virgin Islands, Canada and U.S. Territories please add an additional $15.00.

Most items ship within 3-5 business days. Ladies rings smaller than a size 6 and larger than a size 9 are considered special order and may require up to an additional 10 business days. Mens rings smaller than a size 8 and larger than a size 11 are considered a special order and may require up to an additional 10 business days.

All product is manufactured in our factory located in East Rochester, New York.

We are only responsible for shipping your purchase, addressed to you, to the address specified by you. Your purchase is considered received by you when delivered to the address specified by you. We have no control over and bear no responsibility regarding who actually accepts the package (your purchase of a new item or the return of an item you sent to us for service) at the address specified by you.

We reserve the right to refuse any international order per our discretion and will notify you that it has been canceled.
